Fitch Ratings Energy and Power, Corporate, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group is seeking a Senior Director based in NewYork, Chicago, or Toronto. This role reports to the Head of Energy and Power, Corporate, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group for North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead ratings analysis, execution, and research on recent and existing North American infrastructure and project finance transactions, especially energy and power assets in the US and Canada.
• Evaluate innovative credit structures and participate in global criteria development.
• Identify relevant industry trends, assess credit impact, and highlight findings in industry and market‑focused reports and presentations.
