Senior Director, Fund Accounting


A leading investment firm is seeking a senior Fund Accounting leader to oversee accounting governance for newly launched continuous capital / evergreen fund products. This role will guide accounting policy, NAV oversight, and operational controls across complex private market strategies while partnering closely with operations, product, and executive leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fund accounting policy for continuous capital / evergreen fund vehicles

  • Provide monthly and/or daily NAV oversight and approval for tender offer or interval funds (Lux UCITS Part II acceptable substitute)

  • Support the launch and operational scaling of new evergreen fund products

  • Partner with operations, administrators, and technology teams to enhance NAV delivery, automation, and data workflows
