We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Global Launches & Transfers to lead the global strategy, governance, and execution of new product launches and business transfers across multiple regions. This role will ensure successful product introduction aligned with customer commitments, operational readiness, quality standards, and financial targets, while building scalable and standardized launch processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a general launch organization (engineering, quality, and launch teams).
• Establish performance objectives, KPIs, and accountability across regions.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as escalation point for high‑risk or complex programs.
