Position Summary

LPB Hospitality is a rapidly growing hospitality company operating multiple restaurant concepts across several markets. With continued expansion planned over the coming years, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team. The Senior Director of Human Resources will lead all aspects of Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, Compliance, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and HR Operations across a rapidly growing multi-unit hospitality organization. This individual will serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership while ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions.
