Senior Director of Engineering - RF IC Design

A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Director of Engineering to join a multi national company innovating high performance Analog semiconductors to help power the Wireless networking revolution!

The Senior Director of Engineering will join the Irvine, California design center and will lead circa 10 engineers responsible for modules designs.

You will be responsible for defining architectures, driving feasibility studies, meeting aggressive customer development schedules with best-in-class performance and best cost. This combination of goals requires exceptional technical, business, interpersonal, developmental and inspirational leadership skills, combined with a natural desire to win through innovation, teamwork and execution at all phases.
