The Senior Director, Operations Transformation is accountable for **designing, starting up, stabilizing and institutionalizing a next‑generation manufacturing operation** through the greenfield start‑up of Coca‑Cola's Tlaxcala, Mexico CPS facility.

This role serves as the **operations architect** for the site embedding CPS discipline, Industry 5.0, digital and AI capabilities, and high‑performance culture into the factory from inception through steady‑state operations. As a core member of the leadership team, the role ensures the facility launches **on time, per standards, and at top‑quartile performance** , while establishing a scalable model for the broader network.
