Serve as technical owner of the Coates operating system and HW platform stack, defining the architecture that governs how the application, OS, and physical player hardware manifest in the physical locations.​

Establish and enforce HW platform standards, configuration baselines, and governance frameworks that enable consistent, scalable deployments across the estate.​

Maintain authoritative documentation of the HW platform architecture and lead its evolution in line with product and commercial direction.​

Define and maintain a tiered model of physical player technology, mapping hardware performance tiers to application capability and commercial positioning.​
