Senior Director, Strategic Accounts

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Director, Strategic Accounts to join our Global Strategic Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and driving the strategic growth strategy for our largest Banking and Financial Services clients across South East Asia. You will lead a dedicated team of Account Executives, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering transformative solutions and exceptional customer loyalty.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Drive Strategic Growth: Lead and coach a South East Asia sales team to achieve quota attainment while personally managing relationships with select large Banking clients to expand revenue and margin.
