About The Role

As a Senior Functional Lead , you will be the primary consultant responsible for end-to-end success of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations for a strategic North American Non-Profit organization . This is a high‑visibility role where you act as a Trusted Advisor , leading client stakeholders through complex business transformations. You won’t just follow a backlog;
you will own the functional roadmap , lead discovery, and ensure the solution delivers real‑world impact using Agile‑driven methodologies.
