We are working with a leading, high-growth D2C scale up that is at a pivotal point in it's journey. With a strong UK and US footprint and ambitious revenue targets, they are now in need of a dedicated Senior Ecommerce CRO Lead to unlock conversion.
This is a unique opportunity to own the entire customer journey on their Shopify+ website - from shaping strategy to executing tests, you'll be instrumental in turning traffic into measurable growth. You will have a direct line to the founder as well as the CMO.
This is not just a CRO role. We’re looking for someone who can connect the dots between product, storytelling and design—someone who balances a strategic mindset with attention to detail, from microcopy and layout to the brand narrative that builds trust and drives loyalty.
