Recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design projects and manage a high-performing engineering team within industrial and mining environments. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering Department and design team. Review, approve, and sign off on LV and MV electrical designs. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and development of engineers and draughtspersons. Prepare scopes of work, technical specifications, BOQs, and tender documentation. Conduct site audits, compliance assessments, and technical investigations.
