Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables'- Fixing the Specifications of TCM H/W & TCM S/W.- Perform Shift schedule calibration for various control functions of the vehicle- Understand customer needs/targets and convert into Engineering inputs.- Sound domain knowledge in the Shift schedule calibration, Integration of IVN & Diagnostics specifications - Conduct technical review with suppliers.- Conversant with Automatic Transmission calibration methodology .- Prototype development and support for validation.- Concern resolution and calibration modifications.- Comprehend technical concerns during development and post SOP and develope alternative solutions.Experience
