Senior Engineer (Civil)

Our Client, a well established Engineering firm in Johannesburg, is seeking the services of an experienced Senior Engineer.

Type: Civil

Experience: 10 or more years experience in a relevant engineering environment.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (B. Eng or B.Sc. Eng).

Registrations: Registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng)

Duties

• Promoting and applying employee engagement practices and concepts, especially in relation to recognition, empowerment, supportive feedback, partnering, expectations, consideration, and trust.
• To perform all work in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS), Policies and Standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
• Signing off designs and/or drawings as a responsible professional engineer.
• Feasibility studies, options analysis, and master planning.
