As a SIC Engineer in the Technology Development department, you will coordinate, analyze, and optimize the performance of new parts within the fab, ensuring top‑notch quality and efficiency.

• Partner with key team members to develop applications and processes that continuously improve production metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan for future product introduction.
• Keep engineering and operations teams updated on area issues, priorities, and projects.
• Communicate fab performance metrics to a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Coordinate New Part Introduction (NPI) between teams.
• Set strategic and tactical plans for WIP, cycle time (CT), and priority allocations in collaboration with engineering.
