Senior Engineer, Hybrid Cloud (Critical Development Cloud Support Engineer)

Critical Development Cloud Support Engineer (Senior Engineer, Hybrid Cloud) Job Description Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix and Citrix server systems, load balancers, and proxies.
Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimise downtime.
Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.
Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.
Qualifications At least Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well
