Senior Engineer I (Test)
Job Responsibilities- Lead Technical Resolution: Supervise all technical activities and troubleshooting related to all manufacturing test platforms, inspection machines, and associated peripherals (including but not limited to ICT, FCT, AXI, FP, and offline IC programming).
- Advanced Failure Analysis: Manage high-complexity equipment breakdown activities and perform root-cause analysis to provide long-term technical solutions, minimize production downtime, and directly drive improvements in MTTR and MTBF metrics.
- Continuous Improvement Implementation: Identify floor-level bottlenecks and actively execute continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing equipment reliability, reducing repair times, and eliminating process waste to support the department's overall KPIs.
