Senior Engineer Local Change Management

Ensure all changes in material/machine/method/milieu are performed following defined quality and customer requirements. Responsible to drive and ensure execution of quality control needs within change management & equipment qualification business process. Develop Quality First Time Right approach in change qualification project, achieving milestone fulfilment and time to market.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Ensure change project execution in compliance with defined systematic and requirements and product delivery to customer without deviation
• Deploy and ensure Change Management and Equipment Qualification business process compliance to systematic and meeting defined KPI
• Organize and manage Process Change Review Boards & Equipment Review Board by checking and ensuring the execution quality of the change projects and business process conformance at each milestone, as well as monitor and drive continuous improvem...
