• Provide first‑level support for local and regional CM Key Users, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate escalation when required.
• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operation of the MES system and support extension and enhancement of Core Manufacturing (CMF) functional modules.
• Identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement enhancements.
• Train shopfloor users, engineers, and key users on MES functionalities and develop training materials to ensure knowledge transfer across sites.
