AECOM is seeking a Senior Engineer - Mechanical to be based in South Africa's Enterprise Capabilities office in Durban . This role supports both local South Africa teams and global teams and offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement that accommodates both office and out-of-office schedules. Responsibilities Conduct assignments in the mechanical engineering field. Have a very good understanding of building codes and standards. Integrate and coordinate designs with other built environment disciplines. Understand statutory processes associated with the built environment and construction industry. Plan, organize and manage moderately complex projects. Make recommendations on alternate solutions to engineering problems. Prepare and present technical plans and reports.
