Senior Engineer, Operations & Policy Transformation

HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) is seeking an Engineer in Operations and Policy to assist in developing and implementing operational plans for the Home Team Sustainment Centre. You will work close with four operations centres to integrate processes and ensure real-time detection and mitigation of incidents.

The ideal candidate must have tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering, or IT, along with a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

This role is subject to a two-year contract with potential for permanent tenure based on performance.
