Senior Engineer- Roads Design

Strategy

• Participate in preparing and reviewing Terms of Reference (TORs) and Consultancy Service Agreement documents in alignment with RTA’s design and contracting standards.
• Support strategic coordination with external entities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Public Works, developers) to align project objectives with broader city infrastructure goals.

Operations

• Review geometric designs for road and highway projects to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with approved standards.
• Coordinate between consultants and relevant RTA departments to ensure seamless execution of project tasks and resolution of design-related issues.
• Monitor project progress, measure consultant performance, and ensure deliverables meet RTA’s quality expectations and timelines.
