Responsibilities

• Define target end-to-end architecture with prospective insurance customers and guide them from initial technical analysis through to signed solution agreement.
• Present architectural concepts and technical roadmaps convincingly to C-level stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, CDOs) and act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for both technical and business decision-makers.
• Drive technical transformation within the Customer Delivery organization by standardizing architectural practices, introducing modern cloud and SaaS patterns, and enabling delivery teams.
