Senior Equipment Engineer Responsibilities

• Developing, checking and approving the design and layout of all components and systems like end fitting/ancillaries that compose the flexible pipe systems.
• Creating and proposing process improvements, as well as provide technical assistance and guide the team.
• Requiring understanding of concepts, methods, and procedures.
• Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.
• Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities, and giving explanations on technical issues.
• Communicating with team and supervisor. Presenting to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.

Required Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical, Naval and Civil Engineering preferable).
• Hold active CREA.
