Senior esd design specialist – analog semiconductor products

- Proven lab experience and strong analytical/problem-solving ability
- Self-directed, organized, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Bi CMOS or high-voltage analog process technologies
- Exposure to ESD qualification standards (HBM, CDM, MM, IEC 61000-4-2)
- Background in ESD characterization and TLP (Transmission Line Pulsing)
- Published research or patents in ESD or semiconductor protection design
- Prior experience in a cross-functional semiconductor R&D environment
