The role is wide ranging and diverse with consistent opportunities to develop, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Playing a key role in ESG engagement across all levels and functions of The Very Group. Ensuring performance units and their colleague populations are setup to play their part in delivery of strategic commitments. Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of ESG initiatives with the aim of achieving desired ESG vision and outcomes. Assessing ESG risk on a periodic basis and producing periodic reports for the Head of ESG, Enterprise Risk Management and the ESG Committee. Design of centralised monitoring and reporting infrastructure to update leadership team on progress against strategic commitments, ensuring tracking of sustainability goals in line with the ESG strategy.
