Due to continued expansion, we require a Senior Estimator to join our successful preconstruction team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation of timely detailed cost estimates in support of tender bids.
- Engage with the supply chain during the tender process to secure accurate pricing for packages of works.
- Ensure effective handover of tender estimates to project teams when the contract has been awarded.
- Maintain a strategic oversight of macro conditions in developing bid-winning strategies.
- Mentor and coach the estimators to assist the development of their careers within Estimating.
