Position Description:
The EVM Analyst will provide comprehensive Earned Value Management support to the HelioSwarm Project under the NASA Consolidated Program Support Services (CPSS) contract at Ames Research Center (ARC).
This position is located in Mountain View, CA.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Perform EVM data analysis and reporting using commercial tools such as Cobra and Empower.
. Analyze Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs) and perform variance and trend analyses.
. Evaluate and interpret schedule critical paths and related schedule health metrics.
. Establish, configure, and maintain integrated EVM systems, ensuring seamless data flow between the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project and Cobra.
. Conduct gap analyses against EIA- EVMS 32 guidelines, identify compliance issues, and document improvement recommendations.
