Job Description
Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting internal quality audits, and following-up and closure of findings.
- Supporting departments on content management in various IT systems to meet JCI and ISO standards requirements.
- Maintaining a system to track all licenses, ensure the Hospital's legal register is updated, and changes are communicated.
- Working closely with stakeholders to facilitate the renewal of MOH Hospital License.
- Supporting the development and implementation of data protection policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Coordinating and supporting internal reviews, audits, and staff engagement activities.
- Attending to data protection queries, incidents, and data requests.
- Providing secretarial support for committees.
- Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare setting.
