Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager Culture and Engagement

The successful candidate will be part of the Culture & Engagement (C&E) team, under Human Resources Division. He/she will lead company-wide initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and employee experience across Singapore Airlines. The team partners subject matter experts and senior leaders to drive engagement through organisational surveys, change management communications, and programmes focused on innovation, well‑being, diversity & inclusion, and social impact.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major employee engagement and milestone events across Singapore Airlines and the SIA Group (e.g. opening of the New Singapore Airlines Corporate Office & SIA’s 80th Anniversary Celebrations).
