Senior Executive, Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, propose, and secure new potential locations/sites across Malaysia for store expansion. Conduct end-to-end negotiations with developers, landlords, and property agents to finalize tenancy agreements.

• Plan and carry out site visits to evaluate potential locations, ensuring timely submission of proposals. Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Projects, Operations, etc.) on administration, store fit-out, and preparation of legal documents.

• Monitor and ensure department KPIs are achieved (e.g., number of store openings, store sales performance).

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with landlords, property agents, and developers.

• Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations to management on potential site evaluations and project progress.
