Senior Executive, Business Support & Policy Servicing

MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd is looking for a Business Support Executive to handle Policy Servicing effectively. The candidate will be responsible for managing cases from registration to closure and ensuring accurate information is maintained.

The ideal applicant will hold a Degree or Diploma in Insurance and have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and requires strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
