Le Chene is supporting a leading UAE-based real estate organisation in hiring a Senior Executive – Commercial Financeto join their Dubai team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and commercial analysis, who enjoys working closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
What youll be involved in
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Management reporting and KPI tracking
- Financial modelling and commercial insights
- Supporting finance systems and reporting tools
What were looking for
- 3–5 years experience in finance (real estate a plus)
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (CA / ACCA preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
