About this Role  
As an IPT Engineer within the Unified Communications Operations team, the individual will play a pivotal role in supporting Cisco Unified Communications services and Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions for global enterprise customers. This role is based in Bangalore and is part of the VNO function. The successful candidate will be responsible for incident resolution, change implementation, and configuration management to ensure high availability and performance of services. The role demands proactive problem-solving, collaboration across teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Manage customer IPT/IPCC estates and respond rapidly to incidents and problems. 
Perform move, add, or delete changes on the network following standard change processes.
