SENIOR EXECUTIVE, IT OPERATIONS & ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE

Job Overview

Responsible for ensuring the effective lifecycle management of all IT hardware and software assets across the organisation. This role oversees asset governance, compliance, procurement coordination, inventory accuracy, and optimisation of asset utilisation to reduce risk and maximise value. The position requires strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders including Procurement, Finance, Security and Operations.

Job Responsibilities

• IT Asset Lifecycle Management
  • Maintain end‑to‑end visibility of hardware and software assets from acquisition to disposal.
  • Ensure timely provisioning, tagging, deployment, transfer, and retirement of assets.
  • Monitor asset refresh cycles, warranties, service contracts, and renewals.
