Job Description
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Specific
- Partner and support the designated Head of Department (HOD) of Clinical Departments for the development and operational management of clinical services throughout the care continuum. This collaboration will include identifying and driving opportunities for the growth of both new and existing clinical services.
- Joint accountability with Chair of Clinical Division and Heads of Clinical Departments in meeting business, financial and operational performance indicators of the department. This would include, but not limited to, patient workload in various care settings, Financial Performance, SOC appointment lead time and surgical lead time (if applicable) and any relevant operational patient care outcomes.
