Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Outsourced Manpower Management
Coordinate with manpower vendors/agencies for deployment of outsourced staff.
Monitor attendance, manpower strength, shift allocation, and replacement requirements.
Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities of outsourced employees.
Maintain updated records of outsourced staff across departments/locations.
Verify invoices, attendance sheets, and billing details submitted by vendors.
Compliance Management
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Monitor contractor compliance related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Minimum Wages, PT, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain compliance trackers, licenses, registrations, and statutory records.
Coordinate with vendors for submission of monthly compliance documents.
Support internal and external audits related to labour and statutory compliance.
