Senior Executive Search to
build and lead a high-performing team responsible for all leadership level of hiring. This role partners closely with Senior leadership and HR to deliver exceptional executive recruitment outcomes and ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Executive Recruiting Oversee and guide all search strategies, candidate sourcing, pipeline development, assessments, interview design, and offer negotiations for all G-level (Senior Director and above) positions. Act as a primary partner to senior business leaders, HRBPs, and TA leadership on all executive hiring needs. Ensure exceptional candidate experience for senior-level talent reflective of the company's leadership values and brand.
