[What the role is]

As a Senior Executive in the Student Services Department at ITE College West, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing students services to near 8,000 ITE College West students.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating students' applications for financial assistance schemes
• Advising students and their parents on fee payments and plans
• Liaising with external agencies on bursaries, career-counselling, student insurance, surveys and other student-related matters
• Organising student activities and programmes
• Liaising with self-help groups for our students' welfare
• Overseeing the production of our students' concession and other cards
