Senior Executive/Assistant Manager- CCR Planning

Job Purpose
The Planning Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring plant shutdowns and improvement projects. The role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and with the required quality standards by coordinating with various departments and monitoring project progress.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
Prepare shutdown and project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
Develop manpower, equipment, and material plans.
Perform critical path analysis to optimize project timelines.
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
Project Monitoring
Track project progress and monitor milestone completion.
Identify delays and escalate issues to management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Material & Resource Management
Plan material requirements for projects and shutdowns.
