Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Estate Management

About the Role

This role will support the regional oversight of a banking real estate portfolio across APAC and MENAT regions. The role focuses on governance, data quality, and analytics, ensuring accurate estate data, regulatory compliance, and effective use of digital platforms to support decision‑making across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do

• Support transaction administration for properties across APAC and MENAT markets
• Maintain accurate transaction records including rentals, options, expiries, renewals, and critical dates
• Track regional lease obligations, escalations, and key milestones across jurisdictions
• Coordinate with in‑market teams and external parties on lease documentation and data updates
