Job responsibilities

Play an active role in the delivery and design of technology projects, developing and evolving digital products and services within complex ecosystems.

• Collaborate with small, cross‑functional teams to create a wide range of experience‑design deliverables including journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes at multiple fidelity levels, and design systems.
• Contribute to the evolution of Design Platforms and Design Systems, connecting design decisions to product and engineering strategy.
• Work in close collaboration with engineering teams, understanding technical trade‑offs and operating comfortably in agile delivery contexts.
• Lead discovery and research activities, translating findings into concrete product and platform‑level decisions — not just research outputs.
