As a Senior Facilities Engineer, you will support the Penang Facilities sites and actively participate in the Facilities department programs and procedures that promote a well‑managed and well‑maintained site. This role focuses on facility engineering management with problem solving as a key function.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during the factory building construction and startup phases.
• Oversee daily and routine operation and maintenance of utilities equipment and systems, including compressed dried air, cooling towers, chillers, heat recovery hot water systems, plant‑wide air conditioning, cooling/ chilled water systems, city water supply, fire protection, and gas detection systems.
• Identify and trend parameters in BMS data, using data analysis to improve reliability and efficiency of critical equipment and processes.
