SENIOR FARM SPECIALIST (READADVERTISEMENT)

Nature of Appointment: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Salary: R397 116 per annum (Level 8) plus 37% in lieu of benefits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, or equivalent qualifications with at least 2‑5 years’ experience in an operational environment, preferably Agriculture.
• Additional courses in business management or administration recommended.
• Valid driver’s licence and computer literacy.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, financial and human resources management skills.
• Infrastructure inspection knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, additional hours, and weekends.
