Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Involve in the project or maintenance services related with General Security Systems, Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems, Access control systems and Server & Network infrastructure and whenever required.
- Perform Installation, Implementation, Configuration and testing of system/storage equipment & setup.
- Troubleshoot problems encountered on site.
- Perform OS hardening, patching and updating on servers/VM.
- Develop implementation plan, migration plan and acceptance test plan for the project.
- Conduct acceptance test with users and address the testing findings/issues.
- Work closely with Project/Maintenance Managers in planning the implementation tasks.
- Maintain accurate and consistent set of work instructions service delivery processes.
- Develop As-built documentation for handover.
