Senior Finance Manager - Finance Controllership

About The Role

As the Senior Finance Manager in the finance controllership function you will be responsible for all regional financial matters & all aspects of financial regulatory reporting. SG is a key market for us and global headquarters.

Role Responsibilities

• Own the preparation and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the legal entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and country-specific financial regulations while managing finance operations for international entities from Singapore.
• Supervise day‑to‑day accounting operations with an outsourced accounting team including payroll and taxation.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory audits are conducted with a Big 4 audit firm, including end‑to‑end coordination and closure.
• Own end‑to‑end financial regulatory submissions for licensed entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely filing with regulators.
