Our client within the manufacturing sector is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team on a 6 month contract basis. The successful individual will be responsible for the accounting, reporting and internal control functions of the finance department.

Responsibilities: To ensure statutory compliance and to manage the accounting, reporting and control functions of the Finance department IFRS Compliance to ensure that all relevant standards are adhered to; processes and procedures are put in place for IFRS compliance and ensuring accurate reporting Accurate month end reporting within deadlines Effective management of the external audit, ensuring that audit deadlines are achieved Reviewing and accurate Income Tax, VAT calculations and submissions, and assist with any taxation requests from the Finance Manager Full responsibility for the preparation of the annual budget, accurate budget reporting within deadlines, and accurate loadi...
