Position Overview
This role leads planning cycles, develops complex models, and delivers actionable insights to drive business performance. This role partners closely with stakeholders (including our CMO) and supports strategic decision-making.What You’ll Do:
Be the day-to-day finance business partner to the Marketing leadership team
Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and 5-year strategic plan processes
Develop and maintain complex financial models including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
Provide detailed variance analysis with strategic commentary for leadership reviews.
Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and resource allocation.
Attend company training and regional training in area of expertise. Presents own work to members of department and external consultants and external professional meetings
