Senior Financial Crime Compliance & Controls Lead

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking an FCC Control Manager to establish and maintain a robust AML/CFT framework that meets regulatory expectations. This role leads compliance initiatives and reports to the Manager of FCC Governance & Control.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree, AML/CFT certification, and has 5–8 years of managerial experience in financial institutions. Responsibilities include developing policies, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating audits with Bank Negara Malaysia.
