Key Responsibilities
Oversee the closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring timely submissions from plants and seamless management review.
Consolidate and analyze financial reporting packages from plants, including P&L, balance sheets, and free cash flow reports.
Monitor and drive performance outcomes across cross-functional teams.
Prepare market analysis reports for senior management.
Provide support to accounting functions across the region as needed.
Serve as a business partner, offering financial guidance and support for informed decision-making.
Provide user support for finance systems.
Track global intercompany matching and ensure data reconciliation across various systems.
Conduct system training sessions for colleagues.
Develop long-range planning models to forecast volume and sales trends for current and potential programs.
