Job Description
Join Harrods Food Safety & Technical team as a Senior Food Safety Specialist and lead the way in ensuring our restaurants deliver world-class food safety, legality, and integrity, from concept to launch and beyond. This is a fixed term contract until October .
About the Role
As a Senior Food Safety Specialist, youll take a leading role in managing and monitoring food safety across Harrods own-run and concession restaurants. Youll be instrumental in launching new dining concepts, ensuring strict compliance with food safety legislation, and embedding a culture of safety throughout the business. Collaborating with stakeholders, delivering training, and keeping pace with evolving regulations will all be key to your success.
